We purchase this product and use it like pre-made enchiladas in the stove. I pour enchilada sauce over it and some cheese. They really are very good. My son seems to think I buy them only for him. He gets into the package and has one whenever he feels like it because they are so good!

These things taste fantastic!

I was disappointed that walmart didn't have just a simple beef and cheese chimi as I'm not a huge fan of most beans. I reluctantly bought a couple bags of these. I always microwave the frozen burritos/chimichangas for a minute per side and then put them into our oven (which has a toast setting) so they get crispy on the outside. I seriously wanted to eat a whole bag of them at once they were so good. I didn't, but I really wanted too! The bean flavour is not super strong and the bean texture (which is the biggest thing I hate about pinto and black beans) was not gritty, so that made a huge difference to me. I'll be buying at least a couple bags of these on every Walmart shopping trip from now on.
