LIFEWAY KEFIR IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO HELP YOUR GUT

Kefir is a much more nutriment dense form of yogurt. I've drank this product for many years, not only as a snack, but as a natural medicine. It helps to maintain a good digestive system. The flavor smooth, tangy and the flavored ones are not overly sweet. Lifeway makes its product with natural cane sugar, much better than artificial. They also make a frozen version which was delicious. When taken regularly it really helps your gut health. If you have never eaten kefir or yogurt , it is an acquired test.

Good - Wish Walmart carried the no-sugar version

I think it's the best Kefir available. You can really feel the probiotics working. I WISH Walmart would sell the sugar free version, but the calories and carbs in the strawberry aren't bad. It's actually not all that sweet, which is positive as far as I'm concerned. I put liquid sucralose in to make it sweeter. It makes good smoothies, and if you stick in the freezer and don't let it sit there too long it's really good frozen. And it's lowfat. So, yeah, I 'd definitely recommend. But I'd really like to see the no-sugar-added version. I may start looking elsewhere for it, because I really don't need the extra carbs.

I Wish YO-J Would make a comeback

Bruv if you're craving a danimals or YO-J from your child hood this will itch your fix. KEEP IN MIND IT IS TART/SOUR but has enough sweetness to get the job done. Only thing that would make this better is if the milk was sourced from a local goth muscle mommy. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
