Fresh Pineapple, Each

Please provide better training for your personal shoppers when selecting fresh produce. Both pineapples in my recent order were beyond ripe—with some parts already rotten—and had to be thrown away. Unfortunately, this isn't a one-time issue. More often than not, when I order fruits, vegetables, or meats/poultry online, I receive items in poor condition. It's disappointing and makes me hesitant to continue using online grocery services. This seems to be a growing issue across multiple supermarkets. How difficult is it to train staff to choose items that customers would actually pick for themselves in-store? Freshness matters. Please do better.

One pineapple was moldy the leaves were brown and flattened on the Pineapple. The second Pineapple leaves were mostly still green but in pretty rough shape.
