Walmart cantaloupe was a bit overly ripe

I bought this fruit during my last Walmart grocery order. We had a quarter of this cantaloupe for an evening snack. When cutting into this fruit, found it a bit overly ripe, but we each ate a slice. I would suggest using the cantaloupe the same day you receive it.

Bad Cantaloupe

Bringing rotten fruit back to the store is ridiculous %26 kinda of embarrassing! For a couple of dollars (about the same amount I would spend on gas!). I have photos that should be enough! I spend $1000's of dollars a year shopping at Walmart, maybe it's time to change grocery stores. Photo attached! When the cantaloupe arrived it had a few dark spots so I put it in the frig for breakfast. What a surprise I received in the morning for breakfast when I picked the cantaloupe up %26 my 2 fingers went through the rien into the fruit, it was so GROSS! The photo shows the two (2) finger holes, as I described! Very Unsatisfied!

4 Molded and Rotten Cantaloupes

The Cantaloupes were molded and rotten. I'm very disappointed that I was expected to eat. Someone should have checked the order before leaving the store. These cantaloupes should have been in the trash or is that the practice to sell the fruits for trash?
