Instructions
Prior to serving, rinse raspberries gently with cool water. When handled and stored properly at home, raspberries can stay fresh 3-7 days after purchase. Refrigerating raspberries helps them last longer. We keep our berries refrigerated and highly recommend you keep them in the original container and refrigerate them as soon as possible as well. Do not wash them prior to refrigeration. How to Freeze: 1. Gently wash the raspberries with cool water 2. Pat lightly with a towel to soak up access water 3. Allow time for the berries to thoroughly dry 4. Evenly lay berries flat side down on a cookie sheet 5. Place cookie sheet into the freezer for approximately 2 hours; or until berries are completely frozen 6. Transfer frozen berries into large plastic zipper bag and seal tightly 8. Write the date on the plastic bag and store in freezer

Like anything else, natural always tastes the best. Everytime I buy raspberry's, my grandmother who grew them in her yard, is foremost present in my thoughts which each berry I eat. My grandmother used pie tins tied to the top of the bushes to keep the birds away. And grandma never sprayed them. Today unfortunately with large production and international contracts, time sensitive harvests, and shipping, we get a warning label to reduce consumption due to insecticides. So now my memories of grandma's natural growth and consumption are trusted to mass productions and toxic consumption.
