Fresh Mandarin Oranges, 5 lb Bag

Moldy, Inconsistent product. 1. Food Safety concerns. When these are fresh and in winter they are actually quite good. However, on multiple occasions now I have recieved these with at least 1-3 covered in mold and/ or rotten consistent with other reviewers. 2. Inconsistent. They replace these with different varieties. The version in winter is good. They recently changed over to some hybrid version with the overpowering smell of grapefruit. 1-2 is ok but I couldnt finish the bag. I believe you should have consitent product labelling and not shove whatever crappy strain you have on hand, or at least caveat that the strain is seasonal.

Well I love these mandarins this was the second time I bought them. I only ordered a second time because I thought the first bag was a fluke. More than half of the fruit was moldy and soft. Figured I'd give it a second try and had to throw most of them out. Just disgusting. Mold all over soft and squishy would not buy again. Worst part was they were delivered and fellow put them in a bag I left outside my door and proceeded to put other produce in the bag with the moldy mandarins had to throw out parsley and another item that was up against the fruit. Need to be a bit more observant to what these guys are selecting for you and how they put them in the bags we leave. They do get a hefty tip so no excuses. Maybe no more tips
