Trudeau Structure Silicone 10 Cup Fluted Cake Pan, Grey/Mint

I used this to make a lemon Bundt cake. As this was my first time baking a Bundt cake, I wasn't sure what to expect, especially getting the cake out of the pan without sticking and ruining the cake. The directions state to not use cooking spray to grease the pan, so I bought Crisco and coated it well. After I mixed my cake and poured it in the pan, I easily moved it to the oven without incident thanks to the sturdy handles. The one thing I noticed is when I set the cake on the wire oven rack, there was just enough support to keep the full pan from giving in and spilling all over the oven as it wasn't on an even surface. The cake baked longer than expected, not to the pan's fault, and was able to pop right out without much effort. I think this is a great pan and love the flexibility the silicone provides.
