This product is definitely effective and doesn't take long to work. I gave four stars on value because it is a little pricier than the offbrands. I did get this on sale, However. if you have a problem with your health, are losing your hair and your nails, please give this a try. It is encouraging because it works rather quickly and it doesn't taste terrible.
