we used this product to treat her horse with a cut on his leg from a barbed wire fence. it did just what it said and kept the dirt out and seem to soothe the horse. we also treated our cat who had been in fights and scratched badly behind his ear. once we got him used to having it applied, it did the same thing it did with the horse. help to keep the wound clean and soothed it enough so he would quit fiddling with it. good bye for the money. this bottle should last a long time

A Must Have For Your Animal First Aid Kit!!!

Purchased this for parents who live in a very rural area - often having a LOT of sick, injured, lost/dumped animals show up on their property. Most of the injuries are abscesses (on cats). If you cannot get an animal with superficial wounds to the bet - this is an absolute must to have on hand. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON USE!!! Has multiple applications for various kinds of domestic/farm animals. Always consult with a veterinarian for injured animals - however - in the interim, especially if you're far away from vet services, this can be very useful. Whatever you do - do NOT use hydrogen peroxide on animal wounds!!! Ever! THIS is what you'll want to gently apply while waiting to see vet. Very effective, easy to use - safe.
