Good product, poor customer service from Powerstop

This for me was a great value because I got a really good deal on them through Capital One shopping. shipping was fast, they were packaged well and it all went together very well. the only issue I have is that one of the front brake pads had some small craters or pits in the pad and I could not get Power Stop to take care of that in any way shape or form. they insisted that I go through Walmart since Walmart was the seller. the only thing Walmart could do was take the whole order back, which wasn't an option because I had them 75% installed on my truck before I realized I had an issue. thankfully, the Walmart representative I did talk to you gave me a 10% refund, which helps. I went ahead and put it all together and the cratering issue in the pad doesn't seem to hurt any that I can tell. they're definitely stronger and more consistent brakes then my old stock parts! I can't comment on long-term durability yet, of course, because I've only had them on the truck for about a week. otherwise, recommended for sure. Power Stop's customer service on the other hand not so great from my point of view. I've read reviews from others that mimic my experience with that.
