Great Value waffle Ice Cream Cones

I like these cones but every time I order half of the box is all crumbs and don't get to use but half of them in a box.I know I'm not the only one this happens to because I've got a dozen boxes and they all are the same.I tried these one more time but will not order anymore because tried of not getting but a half box I can use.
