When I want a quick, elevated breakfast I go to these Jimmy Dean Meat Lovers Egg Bites. I have a big appetite but the two egg bites are perfect. Easy to heat in the microwave. Add your favorite dressing on the side and sprinkle some fried onions on top and you have yourself a great tasting breakfast.

I use the oven method. remove plastic, wrap in foil, bake 20 minutes easy to eat on the go or to sit down with buttered, net zero carb toast. i simply wish the cost would come down or volume packs were available.
