Wholesome tasty breakfast, Fast!

Fairly tasty for microwaved breakfast food to go. I enjoy the express 2 min or less if I don't have time to make a wholesome protien rich breakfast. Sausage is mild to taste.. just remember to put on a paper plate or something to keep you from being burned when you get it out of the microwave. It's HOT!
