Super Cute!

This cookie jar is well made, painted with cute details (freckles!) and is has such character that adds a nice flair to any countertop. I love the western theme with the cowboy hat, boots and silver buckle on the dog collar. The lid itself has a silicone ring that makes it seal properly and I LOVE that, as another cookie jar I have from another company does not have that I am scared to death of chipping it when replacing the lid. This has a firm seal and an easy tug removes the top. It is really a large jar as well and holds quite a large store of cookies! Great product from The Pioneer Woman range!

Adorable!!

I'm not much of a sweets person so I don't generally have a use for a cookie jar. However, I do have 2 dogs that love dog 'cookies'. How perfect is a dog shaped cookie jar to store their treats? Not only that but I'm a country dweller, so the hat and boots was absolutely adorable! If used for cookies, it wouldn't hold a lot and they'd have to be smaller because of the shape. For dog treats like I use it for, it holds plenty! It is ceramic so if it were to be dropped, I think it would likely break into pieces. The top sits nicely on the hard and lines up well. The only very minor issue with it is the shape of the inside. There's several little nooks and crannies at the bottom that might be slightly hard to keep clean. Other than that, it's absolutely adorable and would make a fantastic gift for an animal lover this Christmas season!

Cuteness Abounds

The Pioneer Woman Cowboy Charlie cookie jar is my favorite. I love Charlie's turquoise boots. Cowboy Charlie matches quite well with all of my other Pioneer Woman decor. It will serve as my go to storage for cookies which will stay fresh since Charlie's head has a seal to maintain freshness. Just be gentle when replacing the top back on to avoid any cracks or chips. Charlie's size is perfect for my kitchen counter top. Cowboy Charlie is so stinking cute.
