Product Does What is Says - Very Pleased!

This product was recommended to me by a friend who is a chiropractor. He utilizes it himself and recommends it to his patients that are interested in losing weight. It arrived a few days earlier than expected, and so far I am pleased. I take three capsules about 30 to 45 minutes before each meal and I definitely seem to eat less and get filled up quicker without any other side effects.

This stuff is awesome. I'm very skeptical about pills claiming weight loss. tried them all. keep looking at the scale saying this is impossible. 3 lbs since Monday. its Wednesday. snd still eating bread. amd other things. just not too much. they make you feel full.

I take three before eating and it stops me from eating too much. It fills you up. Been taking for two weeks and I've located three pounds. Capsules are big, but no bigger than other supplements.
