We wanted a sleep supplement that was not going to have the addictive and negative brain effects of melatonin and this homeopathic remedy really works. Our 6 yr old has had a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep due to an overly active brain and taking these for a couple weeks has been a huge improvement. He has been falling asleep so much faster and having way fewer wake ups during the night.
