My expectations were low when I picked up my pen trimmer. The plastic packaging made it seem like another drugstore, small electronics purchase that would quickly end up in the trash. I could not have been more mistaken. The Groomsman eyebrow attachment is a game changer for me. A couple of quick passes and my eyebrows are trim and uniform without the guesswork of beard attachments. There are two settings and the closer adjustment is cuts to the perfect length. The trimmer was also surprisingly substantial and weighty relative to inexpensive plastic counterparts. The rubber coated metal prevents slippage that could otherwise result in costly cutting mistakes. With a simple twist, I can swap out the eyebrow attachment for the nose/ear trimming attachment and quickly finish my grooming routine. What used to take 10-15 minutes now takes me 5 minutes or less. I will say that one minor challenge is the straightedge sideburn attachment. The linear, pen-like design means my hand and forearm obscure my view when trimming my sideburns, which takes a little getting used to. Aside from that, I would love to see this made as a rechargeable because it has become a grooming necessity, especially when I travel.
