Aids in reducing swelling in legs and feet

Castor oil capsules were recommended by my cardiovascular doctor as part of my daily medicine to combat the swelling in my legs and feet and the cracking of my ankle and knee joints. After searching the internet for who had the best supply at the most bargain prices at the dosage the doctor recommended, I purchased a bottle from Walmart. after about 2 weeks of following the doctor's advice of taking 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule 1 hour prior to bedtime, I noticed that the swelling in my legs and feet started going down and the cracking sound and pain from my ankles and knees have nearly disappeared. In addition, I noticed the added benefits of better appetite, thicker head of hair, and smoother skin. Unlike taking castor oil liquid, these capsule doesn't leave a nasty oily after-taste in my mouth.
