I purchased Cobalequin B-12 supplement for my 18 year old cat who suffers from inflammatory bowel disease. He will not eat it as a treat, but it crushes to a fine powder with a pill crusher. I mix it in with his wet food, and he eats it with no problem. This is a much better solution than the weekly B-12 shots that he would receive at the vet.
