Only one of its kine
Purchased Primo XL from BBQ Guys in Jan of 2009. The large oval has more cooking area than a 24" round. Smoked 18lb brisket for 22 hrs and had a little fuel left. 6 7lb Boston butts all fit with the extension racks. I've seared steaks at 900+ degrees. 4 racks of spare ribs without extension racks. My offset smoker and Weber's require a water pan. The Primo does not need a water pan. It holds in moisture very well. Chicken skin comes out nice and crispy. Absolutely the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend.
