I drink one of these for breakfast every morning. Personally, i think they taste better than the SlimFast version. They're not diet but meal replacement. At 11 ounces, they're larger than most of the other brands that are only 8 ounces each. The price is considerably lower than the competition. Hard to find in the stores but still available at Walmart.com

I got this for my husband and originally ordered the French vanilla because that's his favorite flavor. They actually made the substitution for us and he just doesn't care for the strawberry flavor, it's just not a personal favorite for him. Walmart was super nice and let us return them and get the French vanilla 😋 and all was well 👍

i dont eat much, and i knew i had to get a supplemental, and all the other fill in the gaps drinks, are way out of budget range,specially being on a fixed income, and to me., sone of them taste like vitamins or gritty /grainy. so ill stick with the equate meal replacements when i can get them thank you.
