Instructions
1. Empty 1 packet (1/2 teaspoon) of Squip Salt into the Squeezie bottle. 2. Fill Squeezie bottle with 8 oz./250ml (up to ?Fill Line?) of warm *water - tightly screw on cap with tip - shake to properly mix the solution. 3. Stand (or sit) over a bathroom sink or use in the shower. Put the silicone tip against the nose so that it completely seals the nostril. Breathe normally through the mouth (or say aaaah...) and gently squeeze the bottle. Refrain from swallowing.

If you experience pressure in the ears or any discomfort, discontinue use and contact your physician. Consult your physician before using this product if nasal passages are completely blocked, you currently have an ear infection, you have had prior sinus or ear surgery or symptoms are not relieved. Do not share product with other persons as you may spread infections. Caution: Rinsing with PLAIN WATER (without salt) will result in a severe burning sensation! Do not rinse with hot water or you may burn yourself!

I am so glad I bought this.I have sinus issues and I have only used this twice but I already noticed a difference.There is only a slight learning curve and you don't want to squeeze too fast but it really helps with congestion and post nasal drip,also unlike most other nasal irrigation devices the top come off this one.That's one of the big reasons I picked this one.Neilmed/Squip is the top of the line.

This is a great device for nasel rinse. I can actually boil the squeeze for 10 minutes to sterilize and use with my boiled distilled water for safety during my rinse sessions. Very pleased.

Really Helped Me When I Got a Terrible Cold!
Squezzie saved me when I had major nasal congestion and sinus pain. I recently came down with the cold of the century. I honestly can't tell you how much this helped me with my sinus congestion and pain. It took me a couple tries before I felt like I had the technique/temperature/squeeze pressure mastered, but after a few times I am a big fan of this Squeezie. It comes with 50 saline solution packages which is a great bonus. Squeezie worked really worked great for me. I would highly recommend it.
