Okay I love my little Sol-Ti shots. I want my Walmart to have a wider selection of Sol-Ti products. These make me feel like I am taking my health into my own hands and using food as medicine. Tumeric and Ginger are powerhouse nutrients when it comes to health and vitality. They keep us at our best. These are my little spicy shots especailly the Ginger. I love them. I don't care if it's a placebo effect or it's really helping. But I always feel energized and my gut always feels healthier. I love the Ginger one too. Not a lot of people like the taste. But I love it. Not sweet at all. Taste like a shot of lemon juice.

OK, confession time me and my family have been taking a shot of this once a week and it has been literally a lifesaver and I feel like it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. It has all the right vitamins and I think it's keeping us out of the sick woods, but overall love it so easy to do so small enough to toss in my purse and go.
