The good results from taking the NOW alpha GPC is that I feel normal. I am an elderly person and I was worried that I would l lose control of my thinking. I can't prove it scientifically, but my mind is clear and alert; there are no side effects, changes to my digestion, sleep, bodily functions. etc. One change I can testify to is the one I read about before I made my first purchase. I have very vivid dreams! And I remember them long after I wake up. Mine happen to be pleasant so I take my Alpha GPC in the morning and at bedtime.
