Within the extended warranty period and with proper installation, use, and maintenance per the user manual, Waterdrop provides warranty coverage for defects in design, materials, or workmanship, excluding cosmetic defects. This service applies only to products purchased from Waterdrop U.S. official website. Product usage must meet the following conditions: - Inlet water pressure: 14.5-87 psi - Inlet water temperature: 41°F-100°F - pH value: 6.5-8.5 - Turbidity: < 1.0 NTU - Water source: municipal tap water (Well water requires pre-filtration.) - Water TDS: < 750 ppm - Water hardness: < 7 grains per gallon Note: Product specifications and usage recommendations are for reference only. Water quality may vary seasonally, and Waterdrop is not responsible for issues caused by such fluctuations or usage beyond stated limits. This extended warranty service does not cover: 1. Damage from incorrect installation, use, or maintenance. 2. Removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or labels of product. 3. Damage caused by non-manufacturing defects during the period of use by a non-original purchaser. 16. Continued use of known defective products. 17. Other problems not caused by product design, material, or workmanship defects. User Obligations Please follow the user manual to keep the product in good condition and kindly make sure: 1. Cooperate with Waterdrop's customer service and provide information or evidence for product malfunction assessment as needed. 2. Package the product properly before sending it to the designated Waterdrop repair site to avoid further damage during transit. 3. Report any service defects or problems to Waterdrop within 30 days of discovery to avoid affecting your warranty rights. Termination of Extended Warranty Service This agreement terminates if: 1. The extended warranty expires. 2. If you're found to have intentionally damaged the machine before buying the service, it will end automatically, and no fees will be refunded. 3. During the service period, if Waterdrop replaces the machine of the same model or at the same price for the user, this service will terminate after the replacement. 4. If the machine tied to the extended warranty service participates in a trade-in or recycling program, the agreement will terminate. Waterdrop reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users fabricating accidents or malfunctions for improper benefits. Return and Transfer of Extended Warranty Service 1. If the product is returned within 30 days of purchase and free repair service has not been used, the extended warranty may be refunded. 2. This system produces the
This system produces the best-tasting water. I didn't believe it would eliminate the well water taste, but it doesn't disappoint. We have completely stopped purchasing bottled water. I do not miss hauling those large, heavy packages of bottled water. The cold & hot water feature works perfectly. I highly recommend this product. The only drawback is that the tank that holds the water can be a little difficult to remove when the tank is ready to be refilled.

This machine solved my problem for safe clean drinking water. I current rent and did not want a permanent solution installed in the home Iam in. When I saw this machine and its features I decided to give it a try. I've gone from dragging water bottles in the home weekly filled with fresh spring water to the convenience of filling the tank from my sink. Most of all, itis unbelievable what this machine filters out. The residue that sits on the water in the debris tank is beyond disgusting and really makes you think about the quality, or lack there of, of drinking water in America. Water drop, thank you for this solution and making my life easier!
