Exclusive Strain in Trubiotics- Helps a Lot.
I take this probiotic in addition to two others and with the three I have hardly no GERD problems . (If I may mention, generic Align and Lionheart ProBio 7 ) With esophageal and stomach gas building up at for over a year my condition was extremely debilitating. I am almost 100% better as long as I stay gluten-free with a low sugar intake and stick to Trubiotics along with the other two.. I have also taken this probiotic by itself with no other -and it does help with digestion. The secret is to find a combination of different ones, I believe.. sometimes one doesn't do everything.. but if you read the label you will find that Trubiotics has a strain that others do not!!!that . I take my probiotics every other day to stretch the money spent.
