this is quick to prepare and makes a great dinner for 1 or 2, or as a side dish. I'm really impressed by the amount and quality of the chicken. i did discover that trying to cook just half doesn't really work, so i recommend cooking the whole package and saving the leftovers for later.

I love the P.F. Changs Skillet Meals. They all taste great, prep is easy AND, unlike some of the P.F. Changs 'meals for one', the ratio of protein to carbs is not bad. I like adding sliced almonds or toasted sesame seeds %26 using some hot sesame or chili oil. VERY tasty, and quick %26 easy to prepare.
