Great for skin, nails and hair, purpura
I have skin issues and ideopathic purpura. It was suggested by my derm and pcp to get marine collagen. I started with Vital Proteins, and it worked ok, was easy to stir into coffee, etc. But my derm recently told me about Premium Anti-Aging Marine Collagen powder. It's not as easy to stir into the coffe, but since there was no taste or smell, it was just a very soft powder, I didn't mind a few tiny clumps that disappeared after I put my non-dairy creamer in with the coffee. I have been using it a few weeks now, and it's working great! When I get a purpura flare up, they are tiny purple dots and so far, no big blotches. I'm very happy with this product. Using it with the Cerave and Retinol cream also suggested by both derm and pcp to firm my skin and try to minimize the purpura. Happy Camper here!
