I just received my new Hamilton beach sandwich maker it comes nicely packed and comes with easy to read instruction s booklet that will till you step by step how to use and assemble your breakfast sandwich or lunch even . It has a preheat green light that will let you know when it's ready to use and it has a nice non stick coating on it. Plus it has a alarm too that tells you when your sandwich is ready to eat . You will need to be very careful not to burn your hands as it is very hot !!!! You can make hot ham & cheese on this too we love this . Use ham- sausage- eggs- bacon but has to be precooked meat only . Fits on countertop and don't take up very much room very easy to clean you can use a damp paper towel to clean it off or it removable ring assembly for cleaning too dish water safe is a plus to love that instruction book will till you how plus show you how to put back together agin a very nice little sandwich breakfast sandwich maker . Hamilton Beach Dual Breakfast Sandwich Maker is a must have. It's compact size doesn't take much counter space, and it fits in small storage spaces. The machine needs to be plugged into an outlet for about 1 minute before it preheats and is ready to go. Laying the ingredients takes another minute. One sandwich or even two can be made at the same time. You have to layer them starting from the bottom to the top (bread, meat, cheese, veggies, egg, and bread again). Make sure to use large or smaller eggs (natural eggs no carton runny eggs), and if the yolk is used it needs to be punctured or scrambled before adding them. Once everything is layered, you close the lid and make sure to not force it or the egg runs a little on the sides. It has a cooking timer that can be set up to 5 minutes. I like how it leaves the bagels and muffins crispy on the outside, but soft in the inside. The sandwiches come out great, and all the ingredients that I have tried have been well cooked and ready to eat. From the start to the end it takes about 7 minutes to set up and cook. I love that it is easy to use, cooked to perfection, and cleaning is a breeze since it has a non stick surface.
