Great Product to Reduce Hotflashes

I have used this product for approximately 10 years to reduce the effects of hot flashes and mood swings. I did not want anything hormonal going into my body so this all natural product was a perfect choice! I take one in the morning and one in the evening and it works wonderfully. I try not to run out of it as there is a noticeable difference in the intensity of the hot flashes. Product definitely works and I highly recommend it!

Get back to living a normal life again

My mother took this stuff over 20 years ago when it first came on the market. So it's been around long enough and proven. I started taking this when I became pre menopausal. I wanted a more healthy approach since hormones have been proven to cause breast cancer. I went to my gynecologist and she had never heard of it before. She looked it up and informed me to continue taking it since all the ingredients were safer than hormone treatment. So far I've been taking it for a year and it works wonders. I have the intense hot patches along with several other issues. I take 2 capsules in the morning along with my vitamins, that's it. It has allowed me to have a normal life again. No more panic attacks, mood swings or hot flashes. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to live a normal life again.
