I actually use this when I'm making a smoothie with my fruit and yogurt so that I'm getting all of the vitamins and minerals that my body needs because I don't typically eat enough of everything!! It actually tastes so good that my son used to use it to make himself milkshakes as a teenager and if you have a very picky eater who's not eating enough of a variety then you might consider mixing this up with some milk (whatever kind you prefer) and you can then add some vanilla ice cream to keep it plain or whatever you prefer if you're just trying to up your vitamins and minerals in a meal like form!!

Been taking this for over 20 years. I take this daily with my milk and some extra protein powder. I get my daily vitamins. This works well with almond or other non-dairy beverages as well. I use milk not only for the taste but for my calcium intake as well. The milk product in this is very minute for those that are lactose intolerant

Best power I've ever gotten. Goes for the protein

It's the best I use 2% milk I use two scoops and it's a 10 ounces cup I use my frother it just makes sure everything is mixed after I shake. Also this blends really well. My husband uses whey powder and it's ridiculous how the powder doesn't want to mix with milk. Also I throw in 4/6 pieces of ice to keep it cooled down but it's so good I have it drank before they are even melted. I really enjoy my slim fasts.
