Does not look like item pictures. The picture shows a bungie in the corner of the flag which was like the one i was replacing. Very easy to wrap around lumber or anything else. What inrecieved was a flag where the bungie ran through one side of the flag. The bungie is only slightly longer than the flag itself. It does not wrap around small items such as a couple of 2x4’s or pvc pipe very well. Unfortunately, that is what i purchased it for.
