I'm usually skeptical of frozen meals—they're either too salty or leave me searching the pantry for a snack twenty minutes later. But this Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken Marinara was a pleasant surprise. The steaming basket really does make a difference; the pasta wasn't mushy, and the chicken actually felt like real pieces of meat rather than those weird "ribboned" strips you sometimes get. The marinara has a nice tang to it without being over-the-top, and the sprinkle of parmesan adds a savory touch that ties it all together. For a quick 300-calorie lunch that packs a decent amount of protein, it's easily one of the better options in the freezer aisle. Definitely adding a few more to my cart for busy workdays!

This was so good! It could have used a bit more chicken, but the amount was adequate. The broccoli was perfect, definitely not mushy, still a little crispy and with that bright green color. Tha pasta was a tad beyond al dente. The directions said 4-5 mins on high and since I was using a 700w oven I thought I should go long, but I think 4-4 1/2 would be best. Definitely a 1000 or 1100w oven should use a shorter time if you want mush. I will definitely buy this one again.
