Gluten free, taste fantastic, soft and buttery

They don't call these cookies "Wow" for nothing. We all like lemon at our house, and these cookies are super delicious, especially if you consider that they are gluten free! The cookies are a little small, about 2" or a smidge smaller...(we ate them too quickly to measure with a ruler..lol) but they satisfy us. We love them and would buy them every week except they are a bit high priced for us. But all gluten free items seem a bit spendy, so, no surprise there. Just know, they are quite tasty, soft, fresh, sweet, slightly buttery, wonderfully lemony and we highly recommend them!!!!!
