I ordered this particular grooming wrap because it was a bargain price and because it was supposed to come with a cat muzzle (which is the main reason I chose it due to my cat tending to nip and bite while being groomed). However, I never received the muzzle and never got a resolution or response when I attempted to inquire about if it could be shipped separately or if I needed to return the item to get the same kind with the muzzle and for the same price. I would recommend this item as long as you don't need the muzzle. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it for the missing item and no resolution.
