Cassia Cinnamon

Badia cinnamon sticks are nice, warm, and fragrant. They are cassia cinnamon which is the spicier kind that makes the dark red tea if you boil it. Not all cinnamon is created equal. Ceylon (true) cinnamon is healthy, while the Cassia variety can be harmful in large amounts.
