I received this product as part of a free sample program. It has excellent flavor and texture for zero sugar. In addition to the low carb nutritional profile, this is very good jerky, which is impressive because sugar in jerky helps make it moist and tender. This is sliced a little thinner than most, and is slightly drier and chewier than average. This is to be expected without any sugars in the mix, and I rather enjoy it. I like this much more than expected to! As I give it a chew, I get lots of different delicious flavors. My three year old toddler is pretty into this, so it's kiddo approved.

This jerky was easier to chew than other jerky. It has a softer texture and is not greasy. I was really surprised by the spices, especially the rosemary and oregano. It really changed the flavor up in a good way. I received this product as part of a free sample program.
