It is not a new one
I have bought three Revlon ColorStay Moisture Stain lip sticks, the "Miami Fever" was the only one which was used by someone else. The sealing lable was completely broke and it is obviously pre-owned. Really gross and I did not even want to wear it on. However, the other two lip sticks is fabulous.
