Dissatisfy with my train tracks purchase

This review is NOT about Walmart its about the company (HOBBYSPEED.COM) that Walmart deals with. This is what happened I ordered 8X 30" solid tracks for my toy train however I received ONLY 7X 30" tracks. Not only that but also the 3 of the tracks were put together with 3 pieces of 10" tracks. I returned them to nearest Walmart then I got an email from HOBBYSPEED.COM demanding for me to return one of the 30 inches tracks which I never received else they will not refund my money. Plus they claimed that they opened up a case with Walmart regarding this. This is not satisfactory since I dealt with Walmart and NOT HOBBYSPEED.COM. I hope Walmart takes an action regrading this.
