This truly helped us stay healthier this past winter. At first it tasted kind of sour, but as we got more used to it I looked forward to spraying it. My kids didn't mind either. It's always challenging to get kids to take anything new, so this was not so bad! I think it helped too that it tasted like elderberries and the bottle had purple on it. Purple is always looking good to taste. :) We went through the whole bottle and never got sick, now it's April and knock on wood, hope the sick season is over!
