Bio Nutrition Garcinia Cambogia Liquid, 4 Oz

i just bought this somewhere else and happy to see it here , the same exact product less expensive. So i will be ordering; anyways im on day #4 and immediately after i too the first dose i could feel the energy , ive been getting up and doing things like never before. I have not reweigh myself but i can tell my clothes are already looser.. this product has also gotten rid of a lot of water i retain in these last 4 days. Dr. oz article says to take 1600mg. but instructions on this bottle is 500mg 2x a day or more. im fine with 1-2 times a day. i take it first thing in the morning with 2 glasses of water. Then i eat when im hungry.. usually brunch. Then around 6-7pm i take it again and if im hungry i will eat something.. the thing is by 6-7pm i can not eat more than food the size of my hand.. small portion which is a miracle for me.. so far so good! I weighed 317lbs when i started , i will be back to keep you posted. carmen

This product works very well! It really suppresses my appetite and it gives me a little energy boost as well. I've been taking it for a little over a week now and my pants are already loosening up. I also like that it's liquid. No bulky pills to swallow. The taste is mildly odd, but not too unpleasant. Hope it works for you!
