Back pain is often caused by tight, injured or sore muscles. Therma Care Lower Back & Hip Heat Wraps deliver 8 hours of continuous, therapeutic heat and relieves pain for an additional 8 hours after you take it off. In fact, the American College of Physicians (ACP) recommends real heat as a first defence against acute lower back pain. These single-use wraps are designed to provide pain relief at home or on the go. Therma Care has patented heat cells that penetrate deep to increase circulation to promote healing, while relieving pain for up to 16 hours. That's 8 hours of heat while you wear it, plus an additional 8 hours of relief after you take if off. So, you don't just feel better, you get better.

Instructions
Remove the paper backing and apply the heat wrap to your lower back or hip. The heat wrap will begin to warm up within a few minutes. Leave the heat wrap on for up to 8 hours. Do not wear the heat wrap for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
