Ossie and Shelley

Ossie Davis and Shelly Winters, "steal all the scenes." They made this movie a joy to watch! The first time Burt Lancanster can't get anything right.... I enjoyed this one tremendously, it is worth buying. I wish WalMart would get more films featuring Burt Lancaster.... I love watching him work!

Burt Lancaster and the entire cast do a good job in this comedy western. but i think Ossie Davis steals the show as a highly educated slave traded to Lancaster by the indians for his furs which he had no choice, take him or he dies. Davis then falls into the hands of Savalas and his scalphunters who killed and scalped the indians. see how it ends. a bit of violence in this comedy.
