I used Aveda Be Curly for years. When they recently changed the formula, I decided to try something less expensive before I spent a lot of money on something I didn't know if I'd like. I read online reviews on shampoo for curly hair and chose this. Mind you, I spend a small fortune every month on salon products for curly hair. I've been using this for about 2 weeks (so, 3 washes) and it's just as good as my $35 shampoo! I was worried it would strip my hair or leave residue from the shampoo itself, especially when it lathered because I haven't used a lathering shampoo in years.
