The shipping was fast. I ordered it 4 o'clock in the morning the next day it was here by 3 o'clock and it came from Florida and I'm in Delaware hopefully they'll have some more in stock soon. I just need one more. They're hard to get your hands on.it

Wyze thermostat, great features, great price!

So far so good. I worked as an HVAC technician and also am a licensed electrician so I had no problems or concerns installing this thermostat. It may be too soon to provide a long term review as I've only had it a few days. The thermostat could be a challenge for many people as it's more than just a "plug and play" type component. I could recommend some purchasers consult or have it installed by a HVAC company or a competent "Handyman" in their neighborhood. Despite working in the field, I never had a "smart" thermostat before now as others were too costly for us. I purchased this item based on value and my experience with Wyze products so far. My only concern is the lack of documentation for the thermostat. The features could be better explained also when you dive deeper into the application.

Easy install, was a tad nervous at first, but the app walked me though the entire process of turning off power labeling, and installing my thermostat. This thermostat feels very well made, turned my old HVAC system into a smart one, that I can control from anywhere.
