Top coat: Apply 1 thin coat on top of cured GelColor shade. Cure for 30 seconds and wipe off tacky layer with NAS99. Base coat: Use with 1 coat each of Base Coat and Top Coat. Cure for 30 seconds between each coat in OPI LED Dual Cure Light.
