Highly recommend this brand of chocolate, I buy this larger bag at least twice per month. I have cooking channels so I’m constantly melting chocolate, making cookies, dipping or drizzling…. it melts perfectly, no bitter taste, a high-quality chocolate. A great snacking chocolate as well.

Ghiradelli makes the best chocolate you can buy at Walmart. 60% is considered dark but is enjoyed by milk chocolate lovers too. This works well in chocolate chip cookies by balancing out the sweetness. I also use it to make hot chocolate in my vitamix with a 1:4 ratio with milk.

As a Bay Area native, I've been eating Ghirardelli chocolates all my life! About 15 years ago I learned the positive health benefits of dark chocolate and started using these for cooking and snacking, and I've enjoyed every bag since! These are not tart or leave any after taste in your mouth. Also, you don't need to eat a lot of these to get your chocolate fix! So, no more eating a whole candy bar, just nibble in a few of these to meet your chocolate urge! Recommended!
