Read and follow these cooking directions. Hob - From Frozen - Stove Top. Chef Recommended. Cook only one at a time. 1. Pour meal into a large non-stick skillet. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, It's hot! Serve and enjoy! Microwave - From Frozen - Cook only one at a time. Do not microwave in bag. Pour meal into an 8-inch square microwave safe dish; cover. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir and replace cover. Talk about easy: open the package into a wok or sauté pan. Sizzle away till hot. Serve and have a restaurant-quality meal at home. I am an amateur Chinese chef myself, but the sauce in this package is beyond my talents.

I like to make one half cup of Jasmine rice with this dish and also add one large yellow onion to the frozen package when cooking to add more flavor and texture. Really rounds out and completes this meal! More than enough sauce is included in the frozen packaging to saturate onions and rice! Very easy and quick meal to make!

This was easy to heat up in the frying pan, I thawed it out overnight in the fridge so it heated up fast. I divided it between my boyfriend and I, it was enough for two people, he loved it, the beef slices were not too thick not too thin, it tasted amazing , love the oyster sauce.
