Drink it while holding your nose close!
This stuff works almost instantly. I work overnight and almost didn't make it last night. It felt like I was literally going to fall asleep while during my work and I don't work a desk job but one that requires me to move around a lot. I kept one of these In my locker (which was right by where I was working at the time) in case something like this would happened. Was worried because I drank energy drinks and stuff before and nothing ever worked but this stuff did. Also it's super cheap and when I brought it it came in two (not sure if they still do). The only reason why I didn't give it a five star because it taste really really disgusting. But hopefully eventually I'll get use to it.
