Great tire so far

I only have approximately 4500 mile so I can't comment on it's wear, but I can say it is one of the best snow traction tires I have ever had. I have read that others have felt that it was not a good tire for snow. I would like to know what they had that was so much better. I did notice what I call squirming when the tires were new, but that seems to have gone away. Very pleased with these tires and plan on replacing with the same if the mileage proves out.

Best tire I have ever had

These are the best tires I have ever had. I am a storm chaser and these tires are absolutely amazing on wet roads. I usually get no more than 40,000 miles on a set of tires but these have 68,000 and counting. I tell everyone about them. I am replacing my current set with another set of Transforce AT2 tires as soon as I get the money. They do great off road as well. Storm chasing can be dangerous and rough on your tires. These tires give me peace of mind in stressful situations.

Excellent Tire

These tires came mounted on the vehicle (2019 GMC 2500 HD) at time of purchase. We needed a 2500 pick-up and 10-ply tire for trailering, and these fit the bill. Never owned Firestone tires in the past - was always a Goodyear man. The amazing part of this whole thing is that I will have 75000 miles on them when I purchase another set at the end of November. Really not sure a Goodyear tires would give us that kind of milage. These tires are quiet going down the road, handle well on both dry and wet roads, and fair weel in the snow (upstate NY) as well. While there will still be some tread life remaining (and 5 years of life), we will change them out for a new set and can only hope the next set will give me another 75000 miles of service - even towing a 5th Wheel Trailer.
