Mainstays 9" x 9" Round Nonstick Steel Cake Pan, Dark Gray

Well not only is it lightweight and non stick. It's so much more than a cake pan. I got more than one so I use them as my dredging station for chicken cutlets or whatever else I have to fry. The non stick coating makes clean up a breeze. Also use it as an appetizer server with a little dipping bowl in center. Very handy item and even heating makes cakes and brownies bake great. Perfect for that person who loves to cook and host in the family.

The Mainstays Nonstick 9 Round Cake Pan is really "NONSTICK" which is a welcome feature because the last thing you want is for your cake to stick at the bottom of the pan. The cake pan appears to be covered in a "teflon" like material. Aside from the cake sliding easily out of the pan, I also use the pan for warming stuff in my countertop toaster oven but a potholder should be used when handling the pan. The pan is easy to clean with dishwashing liquid. The pan is a good size measuring 9" across and approximately 1 2/3" deep. I absolutely love using this pan because of it's versatility, nonstick feature and easy clean up.
